Standard Service Times |
All standard service times and prices are based on normal business hours and do not include holidays or weekends. These times do not include courier or shipping times. Large or complex jobs will require additional time and you will be notified of these changes prior to acceptance of work. |
Rush Service |
ColorGraphic offers quicker turnaround times on most of our services. A surcharge based on time required, quantity of work, and complexity of work submitted may be assessed at a rate of 25, 50 or 100%. A minimum charge may be assessed in some cases.The customer will be notified of these changes prior to our acceptance of the work. |
Courier Service/Shipping |
Shipping by FedEx, UPS and other delivery services is charged to the customer's account, prepaid, or charged to the customer account if credit account is established. |
Method of Payment |
ColorGraphic accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks, company checks or cash. All work is COD unless an account has been opened with us. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders unless we have your Sales Tax Exemption on file. All accounts are due net 30 and subject to a 1 1/2% finance charge upon delinquency. |
Limit of Liability |
Submitting any photographs, computer disks or other material to ColorGraphic for production work constitutes an agreement by you and any damages or loss by our company or agents will entitle you to a replacement with the like amount of the lost or damaged material. Except for material replacement, the acceptance of photography or computer disk or other material is without warranty or liability, and the recovery of any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. ColorGraphic does not warrantee against material submitted by customer for lamination. Inks and dyes used in color material may change over time, and therefore, are not warranted against change in color or saturation. |
